How do I refer a friend?
There are two ways. Enter your friend's email directly in the widget and they'll receive an invitation email with their discount automatically applied at checkout. Or copy your personal referral link and share it via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or anywhere else. Your friend clicks the link, verifies their email, and the coupon is ready to use.
How does my friend get their discount?
Your friend receives a unique coupon via invitation email if you entered their email, or after verifying their email via your shared link. It applies automatically at checkout when they reach the minimum spend on their first order. Available for new customers only. Minimum spend:
- UK: £50
- AU: ~A$95
- NZ: ~NZ$115
Amounts shown in local currency are converted from GBP so exact figures may vary with exchange rates.
When do I receive my points?
Within 24 hours of your friend placing their first order, 200 points are credited to your account.
Can I refer multiple friends?
Yes, refer as many friends as you like. Each friend who completes their first order earns you another 200 points.
How long does my friend have to use their discount?
Their coupon is valid for 30 days from when it's issued. They'll need to place their order within that window.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they're earned if unredeemed.
